IM4Grace LLC builds transfer coordination software for licensed funeral homes. Our platform records each stage of a decedent transfer and, when a funeral home's staff and the family both agree to it, lets the family know where things stand.

What the platform does

When a death occurs, a funeral home arranges for the decedent to be brought into its care, often using a third-party transfer service. The transfer may take place at two in the morning, an hour from the funeral home, hours after the family last saw their loved one.

Funeral directors field calls during that window from families who want to know one thing: has someone come, and is my mother in your care yet. Our software, CareFlow, answers that question without the phone call, and gives the funeral home an accurate, timestamped record of the transfer.

For funeral homes

• Create and assign a transfer to a driver
• See status and timestamps as the transfer proceeds
• Keep a record of each stage, including location and time
• Turn the family view off entirely, per case, at any time

For drivers

• A single web page for the assignment, opened from a text message
• No app to download, no account, no password

• A quiet status page, if the funeral home offers it and the family wants it
• No account, no download, nothing to sign up for
• No live map, no vehicle tracking, no advertising
• The link stops working shortly after the transfer is complete

What we do not do

IM4Grace does not transport anyone. We are not a funeral establishment, we do not hold custody of a decedent at any point, and we do not employ drivers. We are a software vendor to the funeral homes that do this work.

We do not sell or share the information entered into our platform. We do not contact families for any purpose other than the status updates their funeral home has arranged, and we never send marketing messages of any kind.

Where we are

IM4Grace LLC is a Colorado limited liability company based in Denver. The platform is in limited pilot use with funeral homes and transfer services in the Denver metropolitan area. We are not currently open for general signup.
